It is a refrigerator that instead of using electricity to cool it, it uses temperature controlled water. Water is pulled in through the back at a set temperature and the water flows through the inner shell of the refrigerator. The water constantly circulates keeping a constant temperature. The freezer and cooling section are cooled seperately so that the freezer can be colder. After the water has circulated through the refrigerator it recycles back to your water system to be reused in showers, sinks, etc..
How Math & Science Can Help Power My Idea
Environmental science affects my product because my idea would reduce energy consumption because refrigerators use the most energy out of all household appliances. It uses math because you would need to identify how much liquid will need to be surrounding your refrigerator to make it cool at the proper temperature. This is important because manufacturers would need to know how much space to leave avalible for water.
